When an operator gets a rate lower than a certain value, one notification will be sent to pre-configured email addresses. Admin may set up the mail server by editing lhserver.xml at the /123LiveHelp_intallation_path/, and fine more options at Admin Panel > Rate Notify, including

1. Enable/disable Rate Notify
2. The lowest ate value that an operator must get, or a nofitication will be sent.
3. Email addresses where the notification shall be sent to
